Mariella Guillama

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me!  I originally started my real estate career in Miami, Florida working for a national franchise with over 20 agents.  The first few months was a challenge, but I soon realized that I had to stop trying to be like other sales people and start acting as myself.  Soon after that, I noticed that my production increased.  The next year I sold 2 million dollars in real estate and it nearly doubled every year thereafter.  Real estate was growing at rapid pace in South Florida, but in 2005 we began to see indications of a slowdown.  With a newborn child, my husband and I decided to sell our home and in early 2006 we moved our family to Raleigh, NC.  Why did we choose Raleigh?  Because we were looking for an area that offered greater possibilities for business growth and great quality of life.    

Selling or buying a home can be challenging at times.  That is why you need to have an experienced real estate agent that is by your side to guide you through every step of your real estate transaction.  My expertise of the market and my dedication to my clients will make everything come together and make it a smooth transition so we can get to a successfull closing.  

In January 2009 I obtained my Broker in Charge license and Daymark Realty was able to open an additional branch office, which I am managing.  My office is located inside the Coastal Federal Credit Union Quail Corner's Branch.  I continue to do sales in the Triangle area so feel free to stop by my office with any questions.
